Our Experience

Tom Wieser has decades of experience defending against a broad range of employment claims, including discrimination, harassment, abuse, and breach of contract. He has successfully filed and opposed critical motions, knows how to pursue and defend discovery, and experience handling trials and appeals. His skills include the ability to organize and manage thousands of pages of documents, research and draft various pleadings, briefs, and memoranda, and present strong arguments in different court and arbitration settings.

Tom often works in collaboration with representatives of the client’s insurer. He has successfully worked with many local and national insurers to meet their demands and assist in their defense of lawsuits.
